BARREL ROOM RENTAL
Low lit accent lights showcase walls stacked high with wine barrels aging premium wine, a venue offering an eclectic, intimate and relaxed atmosphere. It is a private rental option for holiday parties, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, bridal/baby showers and other private events.

CAPACITY & RESTRICTIONS:
We have a maximum capacity in our Indoor Barrel Room of 50 guests. Guests must be ages 12 and older. Does not have direct access to the outdoor patios.
RESERVATION: A signed contract and 100% deposit are required to book your private event at Liquid Art Winery (50% non-refundable).

Event center RENTAL INFO
A venue with picturesque, scenic views of the Flint Hills-- our Event Center offers a private rental option for larger gatherings for holiday parties, corporate events, retreats and other private events.
PACKAGE SUMMARY:

5, 8 or 10-hour consecutive time block of your choosing

Option to add additional hours, if requested

Outdoor patio seating and bocce ball court

Access to Event Center for decorating (all-inclusive of your time block)
CAPACITY & RESTRICTIONS:

We have a maximum banquet style seating capacity in our Indoor Event Center of 300 guests.

To ensure quality of food and service, Approved Caterers are used for meals.

Liquid Art's in-house menu can be utilized for guest counts up to 75 guests.

Outside beer and liquor are permitted with minimum purchase of winery's wine and/or cider.

One-day package is only available for Friday and Saturday rentals in November-April.

Sunday-Thursday rentals offered year round.
RESERVATION: A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to book your private event at Liquid Art Winery. Final payment is due 30-days prior to event.

TASTING ROOM
Our Tasting Room's full menu is available during business hours. We offer wine, cider, tastings, beer, cheese charcuterie, artisan pizzas, flatbreads and dessert pizzas. We don't take reservations for the Tasting Room - it's come and go as you wish! We have 30 seats indoors and over 60 seats on our concrete outdoor patios as well.

Private rental only available Monday and Tuesday. Additionally, Wednesday - Friday before business hours.
